Hunting Public is made by Dykes Ventures LLC — a small shop, so you get a real person, usually within a few days.
One address for everything below. If your message is about an account, send it from the email address on that account so we can verify it quickly.
Tell us a little about what happened and we can usually fix it fast:
Open the app's menu drawer → Supporter → Manage subscription. That opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can cancel or update your card. Cancelling stops future renewals; supporter features stay on until the end of the year you already paid for.
If you cannot get to the portal, email us from the account address and say you want to cancel — we will take care of it.
Email [email protected] from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We will delete the account and the data attached to it — username, email, password, waypoints and stored location.

We can fix data in the app, but we cannot change regulations. Season dates, limits and access rules are set by the managing agency — for those, check with them directly.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot? and enter your email — a reset link is sent that works for 24 hours (check spam too). Usernames are 3–40 characters and passwords need at least 8 characters. If a reset email never arrives, email us and we will check the account.
Supporters can vote on what gets built next, right in the app (Supporter → Vote on new features), and send feedback there too. Not a supporter? Email us anyway — good ideas get built.
